Morning Show Producer
KATC Communications, in Lafayette, LA, is looking for a morning show producer for their #1 rated program “Good Morning Acadiana”. The 2 1/2 hour show needs a producer that can work quickly to bring informative, entertaining and relevant content to our viewers. We don’t want yesterday’s newscast simply re-packaged. This person will work with a team find new material, write the show, stack the show, and assign responsibilities to others on the team. You must work well with others and work with a sense of urgency. We’re looking for someone creative, who writes well, and who can make sound decisions quickly.
Candidate should have a clean driving record and is subject to a background check and drug screen.
