Content Management Supervisor

 KATC, an ABC affiliate in Lafayette, LA is looking for a Content Management Supervisor.

Work
as part of a team to gather, organize, and disperse news content on all
of KATC platforms including the following:  TV, website, social media,
mobile, etc.  Should be a journalist who can generate new content, write
effectively using AP standards, and communicate the plan with fellow
employees. This is not an entry-level position. Experience as a producer
or on an assignment desk is preferred.  You'll have to work quickly,
responsibly, and independently. You will have to work with, and assist,
all positions in the newsroom, so the ability to work well with others
is a must.  Comparing to traditional newsroom roles, this would be a mix
of an assignment desk manager and web producer.
