Assistant News Director/Content Management Supervisor

Needed: A senior journalist with great story planning and organizational skills to help run our new CONTENT MANAGEMENT CENTER - a new operational approach to deliver content moment-by-moment to all media platforms.

The ABC station in Lafayette is looking for a Senior Journalist to join its management team. This team player needs to be an editorial decision-maker for storyline focus and distribution of stories on multiple platforms throughout the day. You will plan, research, schedule and shape stories. You need to be able to make decisive decisions, multi-task, perform under pressure and have solid writing & leadership skills. This position requires at least five years of management experience.

Knowledge of Acadiana is an advantage. ENPS knowledge is a plus.
